After serving for 12 years in the army, Capt. Richmond returned home to find his neighbourhood in ruins. He then set about making the world a better place. Single handedly he cleared up his entire neighbourhood and then moved on to his town. After sorting out crime, unemployment and housing for the entire county, his efforts were finally realised by the government. He is now fronting his own Political campaign so please, Take a moment to get to know this local hero turned leader. |
